0-1 vs. Flamingos
Flamingos Hold On To Beat All Runs Are Bombs
Jordan Castelli led the game off with a home run for the Flamingos, and that would be the only run through the first three innings of play. The Flamingos extended their lead, to 4-0, in the top of the fourth with a Steve Keelon three run blast after two walks. Rob Licht got All Runs Are Bombs on the board in the bottom half of the fourth with a solo bomb. Castelli cancelled that out however, with a solo shot of his own in the top of the fifth. Adam Carosone led off the bottom of the fifth with a homer to make it 5-2. Licht followed with a single making it look as if the ARAB's were starting a last inning rally, but Keelon got the next two batters out and secured the Flamingos win. Keelon threw the complete game and struck out five with no walks, while Licht was the pitcher for the Bombers.
1-0 vs. Boneyard Wiffle
Brett Carosone No-Hits Boneyard; ARAB Offense Stays Hot
Brett Carosone did not allow a hit in the All Runs Are Bomb's win over Boneyard Wiffle. One baserunner reached, Eric Diffendal, on an error in the fourth inning. All 10 outs were made in the field. Another big first inning set the tone of the game for ARAB's. Five runs came across in their first time up, thanks in large part to a grand slam off the bat of Greyden Piechnick. Licht added a grand slam himself in the fourth inning to make it 9-0.
1-0 vs. Lumberkings
