Over $3,500 Raised to Help Mitch's Fight

August 4, 2019 -- 24 teams came together to raise funds for a friend of the league, Mitch Barton, who was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer. The tournament collected donations through player fees, raffles on site, and Facebook donations for those who could not make it. The WILL appreciates the sponsors of the tournament, J&D Engraving and Awards, Vocelli Pizza, and Circle K, as well as support from the Canon Mac Youth Baseball Association, without their help the tournament was a major success.
