Will Taczak made a statement in his first career WILL gameday and has been honored as the Primanti Bros. Player of the Week.
Taczak helped lead Prestige World Wide to a 3-1 Opening Day record from both the plate and the rubber. He leads the league in home runs with 8, launching five in the nightcap versus the Banana Slugs and one in each of the first three games. From the rubber, Taczak started three games for PWW with two complete game wins, including a shutout versus Oakdale and a one-run three-hitter versus the Splunkers. He ended the day with 13 innings pitched, a 2.69 ERA, and 1.31 WHIP.
