The Wiff is Life League (WILL) has announced that they will be hosting a Wiffle® Ball tournament this summer to raise funds for Mitch Barton and his family. The tournament is set for Sunday, August 4th at Falconi Fields. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the tournament will go to Mitch and his family.
Mitch, a friend of the league, was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma, a very rare type of
cancer, earlier this year. He is a Canon Mac graduate in the class of 2016 and was a member of the Canon Mac varsity baseball team, along with many of the members in the league. The details of the tournament are below.
Sunday, August 4th at Falconi Fields in Canonsburg.
Teams of 3-4 players.
Multiple age divisions (11 and under, 12-15 years old, 16 and over, and Adult)
$20 per player is the entry fee. Complimentary t-shirt, 1 raffle ticket, and water all day is included.
Raffles and 50/50 will take place.
