The National Wiffle League Association released its 2018 Pre-season team rankings on Easter Sunday. Booze on First, the WILL's defending champions, secured the number 7 spot in the nation. The Booze on First team is up from the end of last season, where they finished 15th in the NWLA. Booze on First added some star power to their already championship caliber roster. Matt Mish agreed to a deal with Booze and Jared Beach is looking to come back after injury plagued his 2017 season. The WILL was also represented by the league's defending runner ups, the Beavers, who were ranked in the Honorable mention category. The league website has made its way into the top in the NWLA, in an earlier release of the top sites in the association the WILL's ranked 10th out of 40 plus leagues. In the regional team top 10 rankings, Booze on First was the lone WILL team to earn a spot, they were ranked 3rd in the East region of the NWLA.
